Put your artistic vision to use by turning a simple, fragrant candle into an eye-catching decoration. For this project, you will need a plain candle, a No. 2 pencil, a piece of paper, a foam brush, candle paint in your favorite color, a Dremel rotary tool and a 107 Engraving Cutter. Once your supplies are in order, follow these tips from the Dremel Experts:
|Featured Product – Dremel Adds Accessories to the EZ Lock™ Mandrel System Family
Pull, twist and release is all it takes to use the EZ Lock Mandrel System’s new accessories with Dremel rotary tools. The revolutionary EZ Lock Mandrel System, a one-piece mandrel designed to eliminate the need for a screw and screwdriver to change accessories, expanded its line-up recently with the addition of the EZ544 EZ Lock 1-1/2-Inch Carbide Cutting Wheel, EZ545 EZ Lock 1-1/2-Inch Diamond Wheel and EZ409 EZ Lock 1-1/2-Inch Thin Cut Wheel. Compatible with all Dremel rotary tools, the new accessories increase the range of the EZ Lock System, allowing users to take on tile, masonry, wood, laminate and metal cutting projects.
The EZ Lock expansion accessories are available online and at most hardware and home improvement centers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $9.99 to $19.99. The EZ Lock Starter Kit, which includes the EZ Lock Mandrel and five reinforced cutoff wheels, is also currently available for $14.99 for new EZ Lock users.

|Ask The Experts
We have company coming over for a holiday get-together next month. Do you have any suggestions for quick ways we can spruce up our home and clear away clutter in the next few weeks?
~Al and Dee H., via e-mail
One of the quickest ways to make messes disappear from out in the open is to store necessities behind closed doors. To create more storage space inside your closets, install shelves. You’ll be surprised how much extra room you’ll have for storage! Coated wire shelving kits can be easily custom-fit to your exact closet dimensions. Begin by measuring the width of your closet space and mark the measurement directly onto the shelf. Secure the shelf to your work area to prevent movement and use a rotary tool with a cut-off wheel, such as EZ456 EZ Lock 1-1/2-Inch Cut-off Wheel, to make your cuts. Depending on the amount of shelving you need to cut, you may use more than one wheel. Luckily, wheel changes are quick and easy with the EZ Lock System. Next, smooth new edges with the 932 Aluminum Oxide Grinding Stone, or a coarse band and drum sander accessory, such as the 407 ½-Inch Sanding Drum, then finish by securing the shelves to your wall using a Dremel Driver.
